What is an NPE Gift Card and where do I buy one?

An NPE Gift Card is a prepaid digital credit pack. You buy it directly inside the nPe app using UPI, debit card, or credit card. Once purchased, the equivalent NPE Gift Card balance (₹1 Gift Card value = ₹1 spendable value) appear in your account instantly and are ready to use at any partner store.

How does the loyalty and rewards system work?

Every time you pay at a partner store using nPe, you earn loyalty points. The store can see how frequently you visit and what you typically buy — and uses that to create personalised offers just for you. The more loyal you are to a store, the better the rewards you unlock. You get notified in the app when a reward is available for you.

How is nPe different from paying via UPI?

With UPI, the shop gets your payment but has no idea who you are or whether you've visited before. nPe adds a loyalty layer on top — the shop can recognise you as a repeat customer, understand your purchase habits, and offer you personalised discounts. You get rewarded for loyalty in a way UPI simply doesn't support.

Can I use my NPE Gift Card balance at any store, or only certain ones?

nPe is a closed-loop platform. Your NPE Gift Card balance can only be used at nPe partner stores — the ones that have signed up and display the nPe QR code. The app shows you nearby partner stores so you always know where to earn and redeem rewards.

What happens if I have unused NPE Gift Card balance?

Your NPE Gift Card balance stay securely in your nPe account until you use them. There is no forced expiry for active accounts. Please refer to our Terms of Service for the full NPE Gift Card balance policy.

Is nPe available on iOS?

Currently nPe is available on Android via Google Play. An iOS version is on our roadmap. Register your interest through the contact page and we'll notify you when it launches.

I'm a merchant — how does nPe help me retain customers?

nPe gives you a dashboard showing which customers visit most frequently, what they buy, and how many times they've returned.
