nPe does not sell your personal data to third parties. Your purchase behaviour data shared with merchants is used only to provide you with personalised offers within the nPe platform.
nPe ("we", "us", "our") operates a prepaid digital credits platform that connects customers with partner merchants for in-store purchases. Our platform allows users to purchase NPE Gift Cards, earn loyalty points, and redeem personalised offers at partner stores.
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the nPe mobile application and website (npe.deals), including registered customers and onboarded merchants.
We collect only the data necessary to operate the platform and provide you with a personalised, secure experience.

This is a core feature of the nPe platform. When you transact at a partner store, the merchant receives access to the following data about you through the nPe merchant dashboard:
This data is provided to merchants specifically so they can design personalised offers and rewards for their loyal customers. Merchants are contractually prohibited from exporting, sharing, or using this data for any purpose outside of the nPe platform.
Merchants can see your purchase behaviour only at their own store — they cannot see your transactions at other stores, your NPE Gift Card balance, or your payment method.
When you purchase an NPE Gift Card, your payment is processed by a third-party payment gateway. These processors receive the payment information necessary to complete the transaction and operate under their own privacy policies and applicable PCI-DSS standards.
We may share limited data with trusted technology service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, app infrastructure, analytics) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
We may disclose your data to law enforcement, regulators, or courts if required by applicable Indian law, including under the applicable laws and regulations.
nPe does not sell, rent, or commercially trade your personal data to any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.
